You can reset the brew temperature and duration of each tea type as needed. There is also a custom button that will let you dictate brewing parameters for any type of beverage. The Breville BTM800XL One-Touch Tea Maker even lets you choose from mild, medium and strong drink strength options to create the perfect beverage.

This tea maker has a unique basket that can be controlled to create the desired results. When you activate the basket cycle, the tea maker will automatically raise and lower the basket throughout the brewing duration for maximum infusion.
